We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Heavy items such as mugs carry a shipping fee which depends on the quanitiy and type of item. You will be informed fully of the charges before your order for printing is placed.

We deliver your order from 3 days for some pens to 3 weeks for some mugs and T shirts.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is to be added. All other orders are VAT free.

We are not currently holding credit card records on our website. All records are maintained by our accounts department in accordance with standard procedures.

Colour variations Due to the variety of materials and the imprinting processes utilised by Cutting Edge Promotions UK Ltd and its suppliers, no guarantee can be given to match exactly pantone numbers or colour samples provided by the client. Cutting Edge Promotions UK Ltd will endeavour to match as closely as possible to these colour references but cannot be held liable for any further costs that may arise.

Small orders Where you require a quantity smaller than the minimum quantity shown, this is normally possible but usually carries a small order surcharge, please contact us for an exact quotation.

Force majeure We will not be held responsible for failure or delay in the carrying out of our obligations under the contract arising out of any cause outside our reasonable control or by inability to procure materials or articles except at higher prices due to any such cause and in such circumstances we shall be entitled by notice to terminate the contract in whole or in part without incurring any liability to you.

*Sample mugs on runs of 500 and more are produced FREE for orders placed. If the order is cancelled the printed mug must be charged for taking into account product cost (£25), setting up and printing costs(£25 per colour), (£35 per digital print colour).
